Model MRW-12 is Reclining Fuse Disconnector (Cut-out fuse).
Reclining fuse disconnectors-fuses are installed on the high-voltage side
of the distribution transformer, etc.; serve as a fuse for short circuits
and overloads, as well as a device for switching on and off the load current.
The main advantages of MRW-12 are:

- high withstand voltage at industrial frequency,
- high lightning impulse withstand voltage,
- high mechanical strength
This product fully complies with IEC282-2.
Our MRW-12 outdoor drop fuses composed of a base and an arc extinguishing
device. The lower end of the arc extinguishing tube is equipped with a spring
bracket that may rotate, which always keeps the fuse in a tense state to ensure
the self-locking of the arc extinguishing tube in the closing position, and the
circuit and the transformer are overloaded.
Or in a short circuit, the fuse is blown, and the fuse is quickly pulled out from the arc extinguishing tube. The arc extinguishing tube is designed to be exhausted
step by step to solve the contradiction between breaking and breaking large
and small currents on the same fuse.
Excellent conductivity
All copper casting part adopts bronze/brass, it has excellent mechanical strength
and excellent conductivity. All contact parts be silver-plated, it adopts convex design
on the contact surface, this design can reduce the contact resistance and ensure
excellent conductivity. The high-strength memory cooper alloy sheets can ensure
contact with lower contact smoothly and without any affecting when fuse drop out.
It adopts Arc-shortening copper rod to improve the interrupt capacity when
short-circuit fault.

For Load break type fuse cut-out, its arc chamber made of special reinforced nylon
material. It has good mechanical strength, anti-aging and flame retardant.
Suitable for use the area like high ultraviolet area, high altitude area, coastal area, etc.
