Description

 

Models MGW5-12, 24, 40.5  are disconnectors of an open (outdoor) installation designed to turn on and off de-energized sections of an electric circuit with a rated voltage of 10 kV or 20 kV and an alternating current frequency of 50 or 60 Hz. It is used for switching high-voltage lines without load, as well as for isolation from a working line of high-voltage conductive buses and electrical equipment during maintenance.

It can be equipped with a VJW7 earthing switch with a mechanical interlock.
