LV withdrawable cabinet GCK (its function is equal or prior to GCL) low voltage withdrawable switchboard is suitable for rated power 380V, AC three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-wire system, for power receiving, feeding, reactive power compensation, energy metering, lighting and motor centralized control of power plant, substation, industrial and mining enterprises in and high-rise buildings in the power system.
LV withdrawable cabinet GCK design varied drawers according to different functions; the same type of drawer are interchangeable; use the standby drawer with the same specifications in maintenance or replacement of drawers, which improves continuity of power supply; cold pressing wiring terminals are adopted for all wires. The primary wire terminal is sheathed by heat shrinkable plastic pipe and the secondary wire terminal is sheathed by plastic pipe to improve operation reliability.
LV withdrawable cabinet GCK adopt new leveling stamping process to make contact of bus faying surfaces favorable. It has a good protective grounding system and all metal structures are connected reliably and connected with grounding protection busbar. Air switch operating mechanism extrudes out of the door with apparent closing and opening signs. The door and the operating mechanism are equipped with mechanical interlocking device. The door can be opened only when the air switch is in opening status, which ensures operating safety.
The housing surface is painted by baking varnish or electrostatic spraying; the non-painted metal parts are all galvanized or laid by aluminum/zinc plates; the cabinet frame has smooth and blunt edges to protect hands of the installation and overhaul personnel. Add extension guide rails for the main switches receiving power or for network interconnecting for convenience of replacement and overhaul.
