Description
The HV Busway 10kV 630A–6300A is a high-voltage bus duct system designed to efficiently distribute electrical power at medium-voltage levels in industrial facilities, substations, and infrastructure projects. Rated for up to 10kV and handling currents from 630A to 6300A, this busway system is engineered to replace traditional cable trays and improve safety, flexibility, and energy efficiency in medium-voltage (MV) networks.
With fully enclosed, insulated conductors, the HV busway ensures low loss, high short-circuit strength, and safe modular connections for modern electric power distribution systems.
DL 1658 AND GB/T 8349 Q ( B ) JGM insulated pipe busway, 630A—6300A
Q(B)JGM Insulation pipe busway is with tubular conductor. The inside diameter air channel can form hot air convection naturally with good dissipation (the pressure difference between indoor and outdoor can form hot air convection naturally).
- 12 related patents designed. Prevent the introduction of external impurities between the main insulation layer and the inner shield, as well as the outer shield.
- To prevent accidental damage to internal shielding and primary insulation during manufacturing.
- The internal and external shielding is closely combined with the main insulation layer, which improves the performance of partial discharge resistance and in the fight against wear.
- The insulation material is made of high quality ethylene propylene diene diene rubber (EPDM), which not only has excellent electrical insulation performance and corona resistance, but also has aging resistance and corrosion resistance.
- EPDM (ethylene propylene diene ternary rubber) adding with a variety of compounding agents, after being thoroughly mixed, extruded on a tubular conductor, and then heated and vulcanized.
