Description

 

MGIS59-24 is a ring main unit for the secondary distribution network. MGIS59-24 can be supplied in 10 different configurations suitable for most switching applications in 24 kV distribution networks.

It is extendable and combined with the SafePlus concept, which is ABB’s flexible, modular compact switchgear, they represent a complete solution for 24 kV secondary distribution networks.

MGIS49-24 is a completely sealed system with a stainless steel tank containing all live parts and switching functions. A sealed steel tank with constant atmospheric conditions ensures a high level of reliability as well as personnel safety and a virtually maintenance-free system.

 

This product is in conformity with the standards of IEC62271-200, IEC62271-100, GB3804-2004, GB3906-1991, GB16926-1997, GB/T11022-1999.

Normal operating conditions:

  1. Air temperature: ±40°C; Daily average ≤25°C
  2. Altitude above sea level: Maximum installation altitude: 4000m
  3. Wind: less than 35m/s;
  4. Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees;
