LV fixed cabinet GGD is suitable for power distribution system with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 380V, rated current to 3150A in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises as power, for lighting and electricity transformation, distribution and control of power distribution equipment.

LV fixed cabinet GGD AC Low voltage fixed type switchgear is new low voltage distribution cabinet designed based on the requirements of the Ministry of Energy, the majority of power users and design departments, with the principle of safe, economical, reasonable and reliable.

LV fixed cabinet GGD has the features of high breaking capacity, good thermal stability, flexible electrical program, convenient combination, series, strong practicability, new structure, high degree of protection and son on. It can be used as an updated product of low voltage switchgear.

LV fixed cabinet GGD is in line with IEC439 «low- voltage switchgear and control equipment», GB7251 «low- voltage switchgear and control equipment» and other standards.

Features of GGD cabinets:

  1. The cabinet body of GGD type AC voltage distribution cabinet adopts a general type, and the frame is welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed section steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated manufacturer of section steel to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body. The parts of the general cabinet are designed according to the module principle, and there are 20 mold-mounting holes. The general coefficient is high, which can enable the factory to realize pre-production, which not only shortens the production cycle, but also improves the work efficiency.
  2. Heat dissipation during cabinet operation shall be fully considered in the design of GGD cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is continuously supplemented into the cabinet from the lower slot, so that the sealed cabinet is formed into a natural air duct from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation
  3. According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, GGD cabinet adopts the method of golden section ratio to design the appearance of the cabinet and the division size of each part, to make the whole cabinet beautiful and fresh.
  4. The cabinet door is connected with the frame by a movable chain with a rotating shaft, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A mountain shaped rubber and plastic strip is embedded at the folding edge of the door. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the direct collision between the door and the cabinet body and improve the protection grade of the door
  5. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected with the frame with multi strand soft copper wire, and the mounting parts in the cabinet are connected with the cabinet frame with knurled screws. The whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
  6. The surface of the cabinet is sprayed with plastic, with strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is in matte color, avoiding the dazzling effect and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the personnel on duty
  7. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping. The protection grade of the cabinet is P30 and the user can choose between IP20 and P40 according to the requirements of the service environment.

LV fixed cabinet GGD-1

The cabinet frame is partially welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel, and the frame has mounting holes arranged according to the modulus of E=20mm and E=100mm to improve the versatility of product assembly. The ZMJ-type busbar clip, which is thermoplastic ally formed with high flame-retardant PPO material, is a building block-type combination structure, with high mechanical strength and insulation.
