Single-phase Oil-type Transformer

The single-phase pole-mounted distribution transformers are specifically designed for the decentralization distribution network of servicing residential overhead distribution loads of town and countryside.

They are also suitable for light and diversified power applications. These transformers are designed for the application conditions normally encountered on electric utility power distribution systems.

Offers 2 basic transformer types and two kinds of metal core types Conventional type and Complete Self Protect type, and for the transformer core

Two types of materials are available: C.R.G.O. wound core and amorphous metal core.

Three-phase Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer

Distribution transformers oil-immersed with power rating from 25 to 2500 kVA and Voltage 6-36/0,4 (0.23)kV. In 50/60 Hz, power transmission and distribution system for power supply and lighting in industrial and agricultural field. Distribution transformers are produced with nominal Voltage in primary winding 6 up to 36 kV. Nominal Voltage in secondary winding is 0,4 or 0,23 kV. Scheme and connection group of windings U/Un-0 or D/Un-11, etc. On the customer demand, it is possible to make transformers with different connection of the Voltage s and other construction solution. Regulating the Voltage is made as a result of moving the switch, by the transformer detached from the net both high (HV) and low (LV) Voltages.

The Voltage is being regulated on the side of HV for ±2×2,5% value from nominal value. Exterior introductions HV and LV are removable and passers-by are made from china insulators. At great current 1000 A and more on the hard-core current are contact clamps screwed properly with the spatula which connecting the track or the cable attachment assures. The expandability of oil assures appropriate works of the transformer at different weather conditions and fluctuations of the temperature. The dehumidifier is installed to provide dry air in transformer.

Dry-type Distribution Transformer

Dry type transformers has been cast with epoxy resin, both cooling by fan and natural (ANAF), thermal class F, three-phase, 50/60 Hz.

For indoor use. Protection Class: IP00 or IP2X (with enclosure housing)

Common power ratings:

25(30),50(40),63,80(75),100,160,200,250,400,500,630,800,1000,1250,1600,2000,2500,3150kVA.

This transformer is designed for voltages of ≤ 36 kV. Specific figures are not given for this parameter because of the wide variety of voltages used. Transformers can be supplied on demand to run at two different primary voltages, the shift between these input voltages has two.

Basic alternatives:

With no load and no applied voltage to changing primary terminals.

The secondary voltage under no load is allocated at 400V, 415V, 433V, though other voltages can be supplied on demand.

When usage requires two voltages, transformers with two simultaneous voltages can be supplied. In this case the no-load voltages are set to 400V (230V), 415V (240V), 433V (230V).

The connections normally used are as follows:

  • For rated power levels of 160 kVA or less: Yyn0
  • For rated power levels over 160 kVA: Dyn11.
  • Dyn5, Yd11 and others can customized.

  • High voltage winding of aluminum flooded with epoxy resin in vacuum;
  • Low voltage winding of aluminum and insulation materials impregnated with epoxy resin in vacuum;
  • Jumpers for the primary voltage variation;
  • LV contact pads;
  • Wheels for longitudinal and transverse movement;
  • Lifting lugs;
  • Ground connection;
  • Temperature control probe Pt 100 (3 pcs.) connected to the junction box;
  • Temperature control electronic unit;
  • Nameplate;
  • Protection level: IP 00.
