The shutter mechanism (curtain mechanism) MEC series are designed to limit the access of maintenance personnel to live parts of the cable compartment and busbar compartment from the compartment of the withdrawable element of switchgear cubicles, when the withdrawable element is in the control position or removed from the cell.

  1. Can be equipped with curtains of non-standard size
  2. Can be equipped with curtains made of dielectric material. 3.
  3. Position of the curtain mechanism — A, the height of the curtain opening is regulated by position of the response part (actuation guide) on the rolling element and the size of compression of the rollers of the shutter mechanism.
  4. The degree of opening of the curtains can be regulated by installing the guide — C, in the additional hole for adjustment on the curtain or by adding additional holes on the rod — C.
