Description

 

LV distribution box JP is designed with both vertical and horizontal configurations, utilizing a 2mm thick, high-quality stainless steel sheet. This sheet undergoes an extensive folding and bending process, alternatively, we employ a honeycomb-structured, stainless steel, double-layer composite panel that boasts flame-retardant, eco-friendly, heat-insulating, and anti-condensation features.

A specialized stainless steel welding technique is applied, ensuring the enclosure’s structural integrity is robust post-manufacture, and its surface achieves a mirror-like finish without any visible welding seams.

Normal use environmental conditions:

  • Ambient temperature: -25℃-+40℃;
  • Relative air humidity: daily average value not greater than 90%, monthly average value not greater than 90%;
  • Altitude: not more than 2000m;
  • Install in a place where there is no severe vibration and impact, and no corrosive gas.

Parameters

 

The enclosure features accessible front and rear doors, facilitating straightforward operation and maintenance. These doors are sealed with high-elasticity, anti-aging sealant strips and are fitted with both exposed and recessed door locks, with the exposed lock featuring an anti-rust cap.

For internal support, the installation beams (or plates) undergo a hot-dip galvanization treatment, guaranteeing corrosion resistance for up to 20 years.

Solutions

 

The measurement compartment is securely sealed using a lead sealing mechanism. Additionally, the enclosure’s sides are fitted with a rainproof cable conduit. Ventilation and cable access ports are positioned at the bottom, while the top is equipped with a ventilated wire mesh, ensuring waterproofing capabilities. This design offers comprehensive protection against rust, dust, and foreign object intrusion, adhering to an IP54 protection rating.
