Description

 

The SF6 load switch MFLN36-12 is a three-phase combined load switch, which enables switching on and off under load (without damage) sections of the three-phase alternating current circuit, with earthed or isolated neutral, in emergency conditions.

MFLN36-12 is characterized by reliable blocking, a high level of insulation strength and a large creepage distance.

MFLN36-12 passes full type tests, and its performance is in line with GB3804 «3-63Kv AC high- voltage load break switch», GB16926 «high- voltage load break switch — fuse combination unit», IEC60265 and IEC60420 standard requirements.

The product has «joint — division- ground» three-position arc chamber, with reliable interlocking, high dielectric strength of fracture, design of large creepage path, and its leading-out terminal is protected by a voltage- sharing protection cover. For the cable head installable load break switch, its outgoing end is equipped with touch-type cable connector, the outgoing line is installed with high-voltage cable, equipped in cable branch (distribution) box.

The switch has special dynamic seal and fixed seal design, which is reliable, and it is equipped with a voltmeter in a clear position for monitoring in operation to ensure safe operation, which is a new generation of high voltage switchgear for urban power grid.

Design Features:

The MFLN36-12 switch and MFLRN36-12 combination switch have an identical casing with an insulating sheath, a corresponding spring drive, a fuse base, a fuse opening unit.

The upper and lower shells of the epoxy compound form an internal cavity filled with air. The movable contacts rotate cyclically to perform operations on, off, grounding. In addition to the electric drive, a manual spring drive can be installed, which provides remote control.

A pressure gauge is installed on the front panel, with the help of which constant monitoring of the SF6 pressure is carried out, and a position indicator. The position indicator is directly connected to the shaft of the movable contact, which allows you to accurately determine the position of the movable contact.

A bursting disc is installed at the rear of the shell to protect against excess gas pressure and thus ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.

Reliable interlocks are installed between the switch and the ground switch, between the ground switch and the front door.

Drive unit:

Manual spring drive type TII. Using this drive, the control of on, off, and ground operations is performed. The top hole is used to control the earthing switch, the bottom is used to control the load switch. After the switching operation, energy storage begins to perform the shutdown (the spring is charged). Spring charging is carried out manually by button or by a signal from a fuse.

TII type electric spring drive. This drive is a combination of a TII type manual spring drive, a spring cocking motor and trip coils. Manual control and electric control can be carried out independently of each other. Working voltage: ~ 220 V; -220 V.
