High voltage fuse XRNT is current limiting fuse for transformer protection.
High-voltage fuses XRNT series manufactured by METTZ Group are intended for use in three-phase alternating current circuits with voltage from 7.2 to 40.5 kV, frequency 50/60 Hz; for protecting overhead and cable lines, power transformers, capacitors, electric motors from over currents during overloads and short circuits.
High-voltage fuses XRNT series have a high breaking capacity. In electrical networks, XRNT fuses in combination with load switches can replace expensive power switches.
Overall, installation dimensions, appearance of fuses of the XRNT series meet the international standard IEC 60282-1.
