Description

 

We produced different types of Control Coils for Commutation Apparatus:

1. Coils for Vacuum Contactors

Coils for Vacuum Contactors 80A, 125A, 160A, 250A, 400A, 630A.

Control Voltage: 12, 24, 36, 110, 220, 380V (50-60HZ)

Rated Voltage: 1140 V (50-60HZ)

2. Coils for Vacuum Circuit Breakers

Control Voltage: 12, 24, 48, 110, 220V (50-60HZ)

Rated Voltage: 6-12 kV (50-60HZ)

 

Latching Electromagnet Trip Coil for Vacuum Circuit Breakers for different switchgear solutions.

This coil is a mechanism sticking the closing operation of circuit breaker. When charged, it can retract to operate closing. When uncharged, it can pop up to prevent the closing operation.

This type of latching electromagnet mainly apply on VCB as a circuit breaker switch on the control module. It is a core-driven, mainly by the coil, moving core, mounting base, the return spring and so on.

The specialty is perfect manufacture, reliable performance, long life, high temperature.

Structure

The style of suction coil is wound type, protection grade IP00

The suction coil is mainly by the winding coil skeleton, enameled wire and insulation paper.

The iron core close when power on, and will open when power cut.

 

Usage

Check the power wire connection is well before use

Test whether iron core and coil matching, the stents is flexible.

 

Transportation and storage

It is strictly prohibited rain it is forbidden to be affected with damp.

It is forbidden to throw in the process of loading and unloading.

The Coil should be stored in ventilated and dry; relative humidity is not more than 80% in the warehouse, around without acid, alkali and other corrosive gas.

Solutions

 

Solution for minimum voltage release:

Control Coils

If the control release is installed on the left wall, it won’t block the VCB — opening and  VCB — closing, and VCB  can be charged by manual (mechanically) , and it will be more convenient to install it ,because there is enough space for installing it in the left board and it will be  more easy to wire connection. Therefore, we recommend this type installation and this is our normal adopted type:

Control Coils

When the control release is in the state of electricity, the rod of the coil (control release) will drive the auxiliary switch, and then the closing circuit will work. This auxiliary switch is connected in series in the closing circuit not parallel connection.
