17. Is it possible to manufacture products based on our designs, e.g., partially equipped switchgear (without terminals for microprocessor protection relays, meters), without current transformers, or voltage transformers?
Yes, we often operate in this manner. We supply switchgear with all interlocks but exclude protection relays, current transformers, busbars, and low-voltage compartments. Our partners then add these components upon receiving the products, perform tests, and then release the full-fledged products under their brand name.
18. Can standard products be customized?
Yes, customization is a primary function of our engineering division. For our partners, we modify vacuum circuit breakers, switchgear cell enclosures based on input locations and technological holes, by types of locks, use of various busbar types, as well as brand-specific labeling and packaging. Customization stems from the idea of adjusting or altering something to better fit a specific consumer’s needs.

We supply the following products in assembly kit forms and assist our partners in localization: vacuum circuit breakers for 6-10-20-35kV, reclosers for 10 and 20kV, disconnectors for 10kV, earthing switches for 10 and 20kV, measuring transformers, and power transformers (both oil and dry types), as well as low-voltage distribution devices.
23. Can you provide prices for vacuum circuit breakers?
The price greatly depends on both the quantity and technical specifications of the product. To determine the price, we require a detailed specification and a filled-out inquiry form with the product’s parameters. You can download these inquiry forms from our website or request them from your account manager.
24. How is the final product price determined?
The final price is derived based on five criteria:
- Product specifications (as per the inquiry form or the electrical diagram),

- Delivery terms (by sea, train, or air),
- Payment terms (currency type and payment deferral),
- Customer status (professional partner, distributor, etc.).
25. What’s the minimum supply order value from China?
The minimum supply batch should amount to no less than $7,000 (FOB prices in Ningbo, China). Exceptions might be considered for regular partners.
26. Can you help reduce prices and lower production costs?
For many partners globally, we offer cost evaluation services, aimed at price minimization and cost reduction for products they’ve long sourced from China or other countries. Our finance department requires the product assortment (with parameters), quantity, and current prices. Afterward, we involve a project team of engineers and technologists to find the best pricing solution. For instance, we recently reduced the cost of components for 10kV and 35kV switchgear cells by 18% for a company that had been purchasing this product from China for two years.
27. What are the warranty periods for your products?
The standard product warranty lasts 12-24 months. However, an extended warranty of up to 7 years is available for an additional fee. Our products have a lifespan of 25-30 years and are manufactured according to IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) international standards, a global non-profit organization for standardization in electrical, electronic, and related technologies.
28. How do you handle claims? What’s the procedure?
We adhere to a standard procedure for handling claims. If an item is missing or defective, we draft a report, perform a check, and then provide a free replacement.
29. What’s the delivery process for switchgear cells or their structures?
The ordering and delivery procedure for switchgear cells from our factory in China is straightforward and comprises three main stages:
- Decide on the type, schematics, and arrangement of the switchgear cells in the room, considering the required dimensions.
- Choose the type of circuit breakers and their dimensions in CAD (DWG model).
- Determine the primary components to be installed in China, and which will be installed by the customer upon receiving the cells at their warehouse. After agreeing on the specifications and drawings, we commence production, which lasts 25-35 days, depending on the order’s quantity and complexity. Shipments are dispatched from China, either from the port of Shanghai or Ningbo.
30. In any collaboration, issues inevitably arise. How can we avoid them?
We approach all challenges with a partnership mindset, addressing them swiftly and in a mutually beneficial manner. Our typical «purchase and deliver» transaction with a client concludes once we’ve shipped and they’ve received the first batch of products. That’s when our partnership truly begins. During this collaborative phase, we:
- Respond promptly to all queries,
- Modify the product’s design as needed,
- Strictly adhere to all requirements,
- Make adjustments to components,
- Provide comprehensive details on components and materials,
- Maintain prices, even if material costs rise,
- Conduct training sessions for engineers and technologists,
- Share potential improvements for the product type,
- Introduce the latest materials and components.
We furnish our partners with a wealth of information on our products and technologies.
31. We’re impressed by your products, but the delivery times concern us. How can delivery times from China be shortened?
We currently establish annual supply contracts with professional partners from various countries. If such a contract is in place, we purchase and stock components at our expense, based on the agreed-upon monthly supply schedule. This method drastically reduces delivery times and the likelihood of errors. Shipping finished products directly from our warehouse is the most effective way to minimize delivery durations.
32. Are you capable of handling substantial orders within a short timeframe?
