XGN15-12 Modular Air-insulated RMU adopts Schneider SF6 Load Break Switch as top unit, domestic made SF6 LBS is also available. KYN61-40.5 AC withdraw out metal-clad and metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for single-bus and the single-bus power system of three-phase AC 50HZ, 35KV. The design and structure of the switchgear conforms to IEC standards and GB 3906-91 standards. It has welding and package structure. The protection level of its enclosure is IP2X. It consists of trolley, front cubicle, back cubicle, instrument room of relay and the small busbar room on its ceiling. The front switchgear and the back switchgear are connected by bolts, the instrument room of relay and the body are connected by vibration absorber; other parts are separated by steel sheets. It has the function of aerial incoming and outgoing line, cable incoming and outgoing and liaison between left parts and right parts.

KYN1-12 truck type 10KV HV Switchgear is complied with International Standards as well as Nation Standards.

It is a draw out truck trolley cubicle. Both of the enclosure and isolating plate of each functional units is made of 2.5mm cold rolled steel sheet, the surface is treated with phosphatization, anticorrosion, static plastic-pouring; each part is connected by bolt of high intensity. It is featured by beautiful looking, easy installation and maintenance.

 The frame of the trolley is made of cold rolled steel sheets in the process of punching and welding. The trolley has separate exhaust passage to the ceiling. Varieties of trolley have the same height and depth, so truck with the same specification can be interchanged. There are isolating position, testing position and working position inside the trolley, each of them has orientation device and position indicator. The trolley can be seen on each position as well as seen on the position indicator. When the trolley goes into the switchgear, the enclosure can be connected with earthing system of the switchgear. There are controlling indicator and off and on indicator of the spring mechanism of the circuit breaker on the panel of the truck.

The guide rails of the circuit breaker room are firm and flat. The truck can run smoothly on the working position and testing position. The valve is made up of non metallic insulating epoxy plates. When the truck is on the isolating position/ testing position, the static contact and the moving contact of the major loop are isolated by valve; when the truck enters into the working position, the valve opens automatically. The off and on condition of the circuit breaker, off and on mechanical position indicators and stored energy/ released energy indicator can be seen on the panel of the trolley. Only when the isolating plates between the truck room and cable compartment are pulled out, can the worker get into the switchgear to install or maintain the cable.

On the upper part of the trolley room, busbar room and cable room, there is compression release device. When the internal fault arc occurs in the circuit breaker or busbar room and cable room, the compression release metal plates at the ceiling opens automatically.

 KYN28-12 is the complete distributing device of the single bus bar and sectional system of 3.6-12kV、3phase and 50Hz,It is mainly used for transmitting of power plant, middle and miniature generator, distributing of the industrial and mining enterprises and feeding and receiving of the secondary substation of the power system and starting of the high voltage electric motor ect., which is used for protecting and monitoring of the power system.

KYN28-12 Series metal-clad central-mounted type metal-enclosed switch cabinet (short for “switchgear") is a new type of product deigned on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology, can replace all kinds of old types of switchgears.

 KYN28-12 is the complete distributing device of the single bus bar and sectional system of 3.6-12kV、3phase and 50Hz,It is mainly used for transmitting of power plant, middle and miniature generator, distributing of the industrial and mining enterprises and feeding and receiving of the secondary substation of the power system and starting of the high voltage electric motor ect., which is used for protecting and monitoring of the power system.

This switchgear cubicle comply with the standards IEC298 and GB3906. It has a pushing trolley with load and it has the interlock function of protection the earthing switch from fault opening and closing the circuit breaker. It can be fitted with the VCB VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, as the EV12, HVX vacuum circuit breaker made by Schneider Electric, the 3AE vacuum circuit breaker made by Siemens well as the VD4 vacuum circuit breaker made by ABB.

It is a kind of distributing device with advantageous function indeed.

SC(B)F degree resin cast dry-type distribution transformer is a kind of HV and LV winding equipment produced thin layer epoxy resin, with excellent performances of anti-flaming, elf-extinguishing, moisture-proof, good heat dissipation. It is widely used in high-rise building, steel plant, chemical plant, oil production platforms.

We developed SC9,SCB9 series and SC10,SCB10 series padding thin-insulation dry-type distributing transformer whose winding is sealed up with epoxy, therefore the resin insulating dry-type transformer is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, free from maintenance and pollution, and it is compacted and can go deep into load center.

Besides, with scientific and reasonable design and coating craft work, it has advantages of low partial discharge capacity, low noise, good heat dispersion and it can run over a long time with 125% rated load in the circumstance of cold wind. It applies intelligent thermal controller and has the functions that it will alarm when there is fault or the temperature is exceeded and switch off as well as the function of ”black box”. It can be monitored and controlled by connecting it to the computer through its RS485 serial interface.

Performance characteristics:

  1. The iron core is produced with high quality grain orientated cold rolled silicon steel sheet, thickness: ≤ 0.3 mm, 45°full oblique ladder type lap. Core surface is packed with protective resin to be well protected against moisture and rust
  2. Low voltage winding usually adopts copper foil winded cylindrical structure except of using copper conductor for small capacity ones;High voltage winding uses multi-layer cylindrical structure, which makes a balance ampere-turns distribution, small magnetic-leakage loss, strong mechanical strength and good anti-short circuit ability.
  3. The transformer can be configured with bass air cooling device, realizing automatic fan on and off through temperature controller operation.
  4. We can start and close fan or give warnings and breaking circuit via temperature sensing element and sensor system buried in low voltage winding, to protect the transformer.
  5. IP20: Avoid things with diameter > 12 mm into the shell. IP23: Avoid water with ≤60°vertica angle into the shell. The protection case can plays a role of preventing small animals into then causing short-circuit faults, as well as protecting human safety.
  • The no-load loss of SC(B)9 is the same as that of GB/T10228-2008.
  • The load loss of SC(B)9 is the same as that of GB/T10228-2008.
  • The no-load loss of SC(B)10 is 10% less than that of GB/T10228-2008.
  • The load loss of SC(B)10 is 5% less than that of GB/T10228-2008.
