Model CTB spring operating mechanism is mainly used in the outdoor Model ZW32-12 pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker with a rated voltage 12kv and other indoor and outdoor vacuum circuit breaker and load switches with similar closing power. It is used on the side-mounted switchgear to decrease the depth of the switchgear.

Product Overview:

  1. It features compact, small volume and a longitudinal direct-acting driven arrangement to decrease the size of the switchgear effectively.
  2. Both manual and motor driven charged operations are available and it is convenience to local or remote operation by the final user.
  3. The key parts are subjected to the nitrogenation treatment and they are durable and have high impact strength. The component surface adopt composite zinc plating and the long-term low temperature grease is applied so that the product is able to meet different weather conditions.
  4. Both AC and DC power operation are available and it is convenience for the users without DC power supply.

Model CT19 spring operating mechanism is a modified version of this model spring operating mechanism, which structural design is enhanced and the performance is improved to satisfy the requirements of high closing energy and corrosion resistance of Model 40.5KV outdoor vacuum circuit breaker.

Technical Features:

  1. The thick operating mechanism grips design and the side plates are made of high quality cold rolled steel sheet with a higher structural strength.
  2. The main driven parts are made of high quality steel alloy with proper heart treatment, so that the parts feature high tensile strength and toughness and high impact resistance.
